Leaf Peeping

Still in search of beautiful fall colors, this afternoon I hopped in my car and headed out on the back roads of Granby. Much progress has been made in the foliage in just the past week. And the best part? I didn't even need to leave my car to grab these pictures. I did, however, need to slam on the brakes to avoid a flock(?) of wild turkeys crossing the road. I also needed to explain to a very nice County Sheriff's officer that no, I was not in need of assistance. After telling him that I was just out taking pictures of the turning leaves, he told me he didn't blame me a bit for that and wished me a good day. If only I had his email address so I could show him what I got...
